Still Open™ Framework

Still Open™ is a six-month, cohort-based educational program for adults rebuilding life after significant loss. It is not therapy, not clinical care, and not a self-paced course. Participants move through the curriculum together on a fixed schedule, meeting live twice a month and engaging with a printed workbook between sessions. The program is structured around six core pillars—Acknowledge, See, Honor, Embrace, Step Forward, and Live Open—combined with a series of scored self-assessment instruments designed to capture and compare progress over time.
